Our unique farming methods mean our products are available in limited quantities. Currently, we harvest only 2 cattle, 1 sheep, and 500 chickens per week. While we plan to increase this next year, our Ultra High Density Grazing (UHDG) method requires more time—up to 3 years for cattle—and we do not source from other farms to ensure unmatched quality and traceability. What we produce is truly one-of-a-kind in South Africa, and due to limited quantities we only deliver in selected areas in Johannesburg, Centurion and Pretoria.
