Our cattle are born and raised on the farm, grazing exclusively on natural veld and regeneratively farmed pastures and crop residue. We use an Ultra High Density Grazing technique that mimics the natural herding patterns of wild animals that once roamed the Riemland. These animals would graze densely in one area before moving on, allowing the land a full year to rest, regenerate, and thrive. This cycle nurtures the land and produces nutrient-dense plants, giving our meat a distinct, natural flavour you won’t find in stores. SKOON HOENDER
Our chickens arrive on the farm as 1-day-old chicks and from day one they graze on natural veld and regeneratively farmed pastures and crop residue. Using specialised, movable coops, we regularly shift them to fresh pastures every day. All maize are non-GMO and regeneratively produced on our own farm, creating a fully closed regenerative system. As nature intended, our chickens forage on pastures, consuming plants, seeds, insects, and worms.
